Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
  • We operate only in the geographical boundaries of India

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • The Quirky Kala is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
